Retainer & Payment Schedule: A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure the session date. Any remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the delivery of the final digital gallery, unless a payment plan has been established. No images will be delivered until the session is paid in full

Tardiness & Session Duration: The scheduled session time begins at the agreed-upon start time. If the client is late, that time will be deducted from the total session duration. If the client is more than 20 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled due to lighting constraints.

Rescheduling & Cancellation: If a session must be rescheduled due to severe weather, illness, or emergency, the retainer may be transferred to a new date within 60 days. Sessions canceled by the client without rescheduling forfeit the retainer.

Delivery Timeline & Gallery Expiration: Final high-resolution digital images will be delivered via an online gallery within 16-20 weeks of the session date (often much sooner). Online galleries remain active for 90 days. The client is responsible for downloading and backing up all files before the gallery expires.

Print Release vs. Copyright Ownership: The client receives a personal Print Release granting permission to print, share, and display images for personal, non-commercial use. The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images.

Editing & RAW Files: The client will receive polished, edited JPEG images reflective of the photographer's artistic style. Unedited or RAW files are not provided under any circumstances. Altering, applying heavy filters, or re-editing delivered images is strictly prohibited.

Model Release: The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio display, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless a written (including text) opt-out request is submitted prior to the session.

Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event of equipment failure, lost media, illness, or circumstances beyond reasonable control that prevent the completion or delivery of the session, the photographer’s total liability is limited to a full refund of all payments collected for the booking.
